Kasey Cross
President and CEO

Kasey Cross is President and CEO of Menlo Logic, a leading provider of SSL VPN software for networking equipment vendors.
Kasey brings extensive experience in the security and network communications industries.
Kasey served as a product manager at IP Infusion, a networking software company for two years.
Prior to IP Infusion, Kasey worked for three years at SonicWALL, a leading Internet security company, in product
management and
|
product marketing. Kasey began
her career at Gabriel Capital, serving as a risk arbitrage analyst.
She graduated from Duke University with a degree in Economics and Physics.

Gopal Jayaraman
CTO and VP of Engineering

Gopal Jayaraman founded Menlo Logic in 2003 with a vision of developing state-of-the-art security products for
enterprises and OEMs.
Prior to Menlo Logic, Gopal has held leading engineering roles at communications software and
system vendors including Metera Networks, Wind River and IP Infusion.
A veteran of IP routing
and networking, he began his career at FutureSoft specializing in UNIX kernel development and traffic
|
engineering. Gopal
is also an active participant in the IETF community.
Gopal received an MSEE degree from Madras Institute of Technology in Madras, India.

Ravi Shankar N.S.
VP of Software Development, Chennai, India
Ravi Shankar N.S. leads Menlo Logic's software engineering and QA efforts in Chennai (Madras), India. Prior to joining
Menlo Logic, Ravi was a Senior Software Engineer at Celstream Technologies
in Bangalore, India. At Celstream, Ravi managed the design
and development of a proprietary Router Control Language for video routers.
Before Celstream, Ravi worked at FutureSoft in Chennai, specializing in
the development of network management and security software.
Ravi holds a B.E. in Computer Science and Engineering from the
University of Madras.
